Salam88 is required to verify the identity of all users as part of its compliance obligations. KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request.

Salam88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including in connection with large transactions, unusual activity patterns, or as required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
Salam88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. The minimum deposit is RM30 and the maximum is RM30,000 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for your Account tier. Salam88 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding — i.e., deposits funded by another person's payment account — is strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and potential Account suspension.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent technically possible. Salam88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Users. All Promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms stated at the time of the Promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in specific Promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (20x) before any associated winnings or remaining Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions may differ by game type — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Salam88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward Promotion abuse. Actions constituting abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion; collusion between players to complete Wagering Requirements; exploiting software errors or misconfigured odds; and using systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine play intent. Where Promotion abuse is detected, Salam88 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and close the Account without notice.
All wagers placed on the Salam88 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
A wager is not accepted until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and a unique transaction reference. Salam88 reserves the right to decline any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason, including where the wager is placed after an event has commenced or where the odds were displayed in error.
Salam88 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or under conditions that were made available due to a technical, typographical, or pricing error ("Palpable Error"). A wager voided on these grounds will be refunded at the original stake. Salam88 will use reasonable endeavours to identify and communicate Palpable Errors promptly.
In-play (live) bets are subject to short delays to protect against the exploitation of stale or delayed data feeds. Salam88 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time. Bets placed during a period of data delay may be voided where the outcome was materially determinable at the time of placement.
Single bet payouts are subject to a maximum limit as published on the Platform for each market. Where a winning wager would exceed the published maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the maximum amount regardless of the odds applied. Maximum payout limits may vary by sport, market type, and Account tier.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Salam88 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

Salam88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that any of the following circumstances exist:
Where an Account is closed by Salam88 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in full. Salam88 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawals processed in connection with the breach.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Salam88 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus Funds are not refundable upon voluntary closure.
An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. Salam88 reserves the right to charge a dormancy fee of RM10 per month against the Account Balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Users will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied, where contact details are valid.
Salam88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Salam88 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and other third-party service providers is shared solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and fulfilling regulatory obligations.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms — Salam88 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account or via an on-Platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Salam88 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact Salam88 via the support channel set out in Section 17 and provide a written description of the issue. Salam88 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your written notification.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the 30-day period, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and may be enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Section shall prevent Salam88 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to prevent irreparable harm, including but not limited to cases of fraud or intellectual property infringement.
